SMILES FOR LIFE- Teams up with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society

For the last 10 years our office has participated in the Smiles for Life Fund Raising Campaign. This charitable endeavor is sponsored by the Crown Council, a prestigious alliance of dentists throughout the United States and North America, who seek not only to provide outstanding patient care but are also committed to serving our communities. Since 1998 Crown Council dentists participating in the Smiles for Life program have raised almost 24 million dollars for children’s charities in North America. Over this period of time our office has raised over $40,000 for children’s charities as the result of our commitment. This year we will again participate. Once again we will be able to direct 50% of the monies we raise to the New York City Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Here’s how the program works. From March 1 through June 30, we will provide take home tooth whitening services at 1/2 our usual fee. Our patients pay the $325 directly to the Smiles for Life Foundation. All the money collected goes to help kids – none of the fee goes for administrative services. 50% of this fee will then be directed to our local charity, the New York City Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. They have agreed to make us a corporate sponsor and to educate their members about our Smiles for Life program; we’ve agreed to sponsor a team in their April 2008 Walkathon at the South Street Seaport.
So – if you are thinking of getting a brighter smile, or have friends, relatives, or business colleagues who could benefit from this service please pass the word along and help us in this worthy endeavor. We need your help in making this year’s Smiles for Life program a success! Finally, for those who may want to whiten in one session, in the office, we are also reducing our fee for Brite Smile ® and will make a contribution to the MS Society on your behalf.
